SHIPPING 

Our New Zealand based orders are sent out with NZ Couriers. Standard shipping is more often than not delivered overnight (maybe a little longer to rural areas), though we can not be held responsible for any delays that occur through NZ couriers. 
 

Our express tracked shipping only applies between Monday – Thursday on orders received by 3pm. If an order is placed on a Friday, whilst we can try our best, we can't guarantee Saturday delivery (as this is different based on your area). In most cases you will receive your order on the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE
Any complaints or returns much be lodged within seven days of purchase. We issue store credit, or replacement products where it is deemed fit to do so. 
Only regular priced Goods may be returned and store credit issued. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

We cannot process returns after 7 days of purchase, or returns on:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. 
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our conditions.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your  purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company in this Agreement (or We, us, our) - refers to Me Beaute
 

Goods - refer to the items offered for sale on the 

Orders - mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.


Service - refers to the Website.

 

Website - refers to Me Beaute, accessible from www.mebeaute.co.nz

 

You - means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
 

Your Returns Rights

You are entitled to request a return on your order within 7 days of the date of purchase, and on meeting the conditions below.

We do not refund cash, only store credit. 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

- The Goods are in the original packaging

- The Goods are unopened and unused

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

 

We will issue store credit to You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
 

After 7 days
No exchange of products or Goods due to change of mind.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable service. We are unable to issue store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
